Where are you based? We’re proudly based in the Yarra Valley, VIC, and deliver across Melbourne and surrounding regions.
Are you a registered caterer? Yes – we are fully registered as a Class 2 Food Business and follow strict Victorian food safety standards.
What’s your approach to sustainability? We’re passionate about reducing waste. Wherever possible, we use recyclable packaging, source locally, and minimise food miles.
Where do you source your products and produce? We proudly source from local Australian producers wherever possible – from sheep’s cheese in South Australia to Queensland’s finest salumi and Victorian blues. Nestled in the Yarra Valley, we also work closely with nearby growers and makers to showcase the best of regional produce.
Delivery
Do you cater for vegetarians, vegans or special diets? Yes – we can create vegetarian and Gluten Free boxes and displays upon request.
How do you handle dietary requirements or allergies? Please let us know at the time of booking. While we do our best to accommodate, all our food is prepared in environments where allergens may be present, so we can’t guarantee completely allergen-free products.
How long will my grazing box or platter last? Our grazing boxes are best enjoyed fresh on the day of delivery. If refrigerated, they can be consumed within 24 hours.
Can I put my product in the fridge? Yes, keep your box refrigerated if not being served straight away. Bring cheeses to room temperature before serving for the best flavour.
Ordering
How do I place an order? Orders can be made easily through our online store. Simply select your product, add to cart, and choose your delivery date.
How much notice do you need? For grazing boxes, we ask for at least 48 hours’ notice. For larger catering and grazing tables, we recommend booking as early as possible to secure your date.
How far in advance can I book? You can book weeks or even months ahead – perfect for planning weddings, parties, or corporate functions.
Events
Do you create bespoke grazing displays for events? Yes – whether it’s an intimate dinner, a country-style wedding, or a large-scale corporate event, we can create grazing tables and displays styled to your needs.
Can you style food on-site? Yes. For events, our team can set up and style everything for you, bringing that authentic Rural Table look and feel.
